Flight Controller H743-SLIM V3
1. Product Summary
1.1. Product Description
The Matek Systems H743-SLIM V3 is a high-performance flight controller featuring the STM32H743VIH6 MCU running at 480 MHz. Designed for professional multirotor, FPV, and fixed-wing applications, it combines dual IMU sensors (ICM42688-P & ICM42605) and a DPS310 barometer to deliver precise and stable flight data. With its slim 36×36 mm design and a 30.5×30.5 mm mounting pattern, the H743-SLIM V3 provides powerful performance and flexible integration for high-end drones and compact frames.

4. Integration & Usage Notes
- Use the correct firmware target:
MATEKH743for ArduPilot or INAV targets. - Mount the board flat and vibration-isolated for accurate IMU data.
- Ensure clean power supply – avoid voltage spikes on the main VBAT input.
- VBAT2 pad supports up to 69 V but only for telemetry measurement (not power input).
- External current sensor is required for current measurement functions.
- Keep CAN and I²C buses away from high-current paths to reduce EMI.
5. Environmental Conditions
Table 5-1. Environmental Ratings
| Operating Temperature | -20 °C ~ +80 °C |
| Storage Temperature | -40 °C ~ +90 °C |
| Humidity | 5 % ~ 95 % (non-condensing) |
6. Precautions
- Do not exceed 8S (36 V) input voltage limit on the main VBAT line.
- Check BEC output voltages with a multimeter before connecting sensitive electronics.
- Always use a fuse or protected power distribution for safety.
- Avoid shorting CAN or UART pins when powered on.
- Install the controller in a dry and dust-free environment for long-term reliability.
